Rich Best is a seasoned sales leader, business leader and sales transformation expert with nearly 30 years of experience driving growth across some of the UK’s most successful technology companies. Over his career, Rich has built and led high-performing sales teams in both established and emerging tech markets, consistently unlocking new revenue streams and elevating team performance.
Rich’s deep experience in transforming and integrating sales organisations, as well as managing multi-channel ecosystems, has sharpened his ability to empower diverse teams. This fuels his belief that there’s a better, more sustainable way to drive sales success.
Rich founded RW Best & Co in 2023 and currently sits on the boards of Tiger Computing Ltd and the AI start up Syntelic.
